Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Couch 2 Guitar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Couch 2 Guitar is a mobile application designed to help users practice guitar through various tools including:
- Metronome functionality
- Chord progression guides
- Strumming pattern tutorials
- Song building tools
- Fingerpicking pattern guides
- Practice session organization
Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without permission
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
User Content
Any content you create within the App (such as custom chord progressions, songs, or practice sessions) remains your property. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information when you use the App. Couch 2 Guitar does not collect personal data and operates entirely offline.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the App
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
Updates and Modifications

Termination

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.

App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to the terms and conditions of those platforms. In case of conflict between these Terms and the platform terms, the platform terms shall prevail.
